Star HR Limited

I am posting in response to Meri Lewa’s posting. I read with great interest the article posted by Meri Lewa as I too have been demeaned by the current Manager for Star HR Limited.

I used to work for Mr Telavika Faite until he started coming on to me. He’d make excuses so we could work late after hours or on weekends. Sometimes there was no real need to work after hours but he’ll make up some pressing issues for us to deal with. He even arranged for us to go on business trips together. I felt that it wasn’t necessary for me to accompany him but I needed to make ends meet so I never said anything.

It came to a point where it was affecting my personal life. My husband forced me out of the house as I was spending too much time at work and particular spending too much time with my boss. When I mentioned it to Telavika he told me not to worry, that he would help me get through life. He told me if I stayed with him and listened to him I will make a fine Manageress one day. Well, I continued to keep myself busy with work. Soon business was mixed with pleasure and I fell pregnant with his child.

When I told him about it, he called me a whore. That it wasn’t his child. He told me I was two timing him and that was someone else’s child. He told me he was committed to his wife and children and didn’t want anything to do with me anymore. I couldn’t believe how his heart changed in a flash. Well I immediately resigned and raised my child. Life has been hard and difficult but we’ve survived.

Telavika is a heartless man when it comes to women. He is a true charmer but trashes the lady after he’s had his fun. And of course he has and produces pornographic materials. That is old news!

Like Meri Lewa I too wouldn’t recommend Star HR Limited for those seeking employment. This is especially for the women and the men who stand on principle and integrity. It would be interesting to see what organizations are based on principle and integrity when considering business engagements with Star HR Limited. I do hope Ok Tedi Mining Limited will reconsider giving contracts to this organization managed by such a womanizing beast.

I am sick and tired of seeing men in senior positions such as Mr T Faite getting away with trashing their women employees. This is one form of vilence against women. It’s about time such organizations such as Ok Tedi Mining Limited scrutinizes their contractors. Papua New Guinea at this time needs truly moral and God fearing leaders to lead in their respective companies and government.

A word of warning to the ladies currently having affairs with Telavika is that this guy is not genuine. He is a sly fox that will leave you in tatters after the lust has gone. He left me to raise my child on my own; he will never be with you. All his promises are just lies, lies and more lies. Don’t let him sweet talk you. He’s not a man, he’s a predator of lust!
